Teams are created from inside VariSolver by signing up for an individual
account first.
Then start by naming a team (which makes you the owner) and inviting members.
Each person can belong to one team at a time.
Once you're in a team, everyone shares one credit balance and are billed from the same credit pool.
Any member can buy credits for the team credit pool. When you create or join a team, any credits you've already purchased move into the shared pool.
